Thank you for a fantastic training session. It was inspirational and eye-opening and I came away armed with ideas to help lead my team towards their goals. I have already started to put some of the tools into practice.

This was the best course I have been on at Electronic Arts. It really made me think of my people and my management style and ways I can improve. The focus on real world examples and inspirational people was a refreshing change and kept me engaged the whole day. There were no buzz words or graphs or stats to learn or confuse us. Jeff was a really great speaker – a real person talking about real situations that we could all learn from.
